The Lord’s Larder initially set up ‘Collection Points’, places where suitable donations could be deposited in local shops and churches in Newent. Since then our blue collection boxes have spread into the Forest, Dymock/Redmarley and into the Corse/Staunton area. We now have over 30 collection points.
What can be donated at Collection Points?
We are grateful for all donations from the public but because of the need to store items for potentially long amounts of time, we do require food to be tinned or dried and to have a long use-by date. Toiletries must also be unused and not about to expire.

Where are the Collection Points?
Our Collection Points are now spreading across the region, not only in Newent, Staunton and Corse but also in the Forest of Dean and the Leadon Vale area. Our well-known blue boxes will be available at these points at certain times of the week. You will need to check with representatives of the specific location if the whereabouts of the boxes are not immediately obvious - they are friendly and always eager to facilitate your donations.
